This Ibanez JGM10 is one of the very last stage prototypes so it's almost the same as the production model. It has a different finish which I didn't want to scratch up, so it has two custom made mahogany scratch pads fitted. It has the full Fishman Powertap Earth Pro pickup system. Thermo-aged spruce top, Pau ferro back and sides, five-piece mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, custom bracing and body shape, 25¾ inch scale length, stainless steel frets, Luminlay fret dots.
It's fitted with my custom gauge Newtone Jon Gomm Masterclass strings, and I'll throw a spare set in the case.
And it's got this strip of velcro on the back I add to all my guitars, so I can use my nice little cushion thing to position the guitar, which I call my “prosthetic beer belly”.
It'll come with a certificate of authenticity.
And it comes in this gorgeous one-of-a-kind vintage-white Hiscox Pro 2 Plus Passionflower case, which they made for me but I thought it was too nice to take on the road. It's custom fitted to the guitar too.
