To anyone else struggling with their mental health through lockdown: THIS WILL PASS. 

To all the anxious parents, to the addict withdrawing in isolation, to the lonely kid with nobody to video call, to the OCD with nothing to break their stream of thoughts. 

At your deepest core where you feel most alone, that is the place where we are all the same, and so the least alone of all.
